Daytona remains the owner of all intellectual property rights contained on the Our Site . The content of the Our Site is protected by copyright, trademarks, database right and other intellectual property rights.. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy, or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the Our Site without written permission from Daytona.

These Terms of Use do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos associated with Daytona without written expressed permission.

Daytona has in place certain procedures regarding allegations of copyright infringement occurring on the Our Site If you believe any content available through the Our Site infringes any copyright or other intellectual property rights of a third party, you may notify Daytona. - 8.2.6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury and if sent by an authorised person that such person is authorised to act on behalf of the content owner.
9Connect with Daytona
9.1
The Our Site allows you to input your first name, last name, company name, company email address and company phone under the “Connect with us” section. This information will be dealt with in accordance Daytona’s Privacy Policy. Pursuant thereto, Daytona only collects information necessary to engage with you regarding Our service offerings or as otherwise specified in the Daytona Privacy Policy.
10Limitation of liability
10.1
The Our Site may contain links to other internet sites, applications or resources and while Daytona tries to ensure that material included on the Our Site is correct, reputable and of high quality, it does not make any warranties or guarantees in relation to that content. If Daytona is informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the Our Site, We will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as We reasonably can. You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms of Use to any other person. Daytona may transfer its rights under these Terms of Use to another business where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.

Daytona shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms of Use caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control
